Just A Girl Co. started with a simple idea: clothing that says exactly what you're thinking, so you don't have to. No filters, no overexplaining — just tees, totes, and caps that do the talking.

How it started

This wasn't a big launch with a business plan and a pitch deck. It started as one person, one laptop, and a running list of lines that were too specific, too unhinged, or too relatable not to put on a tee. The first drop was small on purpose — we wanted to see if other people got the jokes too. Turns out, a lot of you did.

What we actually make

We design everything in-house, in small drops, because we'd rather make things we actually love than churn out whatever's trending. If a design makes us laugh, makes us wince a little, or just feels too real — it makes the cut. Nothing gets printed just to fill a catalog.

Where it's made

We're based out of Gurgaon, India, and every piece is printed by a trusted third-party partner we work closely with to keep quality consistent — soft cotton drill, prints that don't crack after two washes, and fits that don't feel like an afterthought. Keeping production local to one partner also means fewer middlemen, which is how we keep prices honest instead of marking things up for the sake of it.

Why it's small (on purpose)

This is a small operation — not a faceless warehouse. That means we actually read your messages, we sweat details most brands skip (packaging that doesn't feel wasteful, sizing that's true, fabric that holds up), and when something's off, you're talking to the person who can actually fix it, not a support ticket queue.
